Through passionate interviews with an accomplished sommelier, wine educator, and winemaker, it sheds light on their efforts to overcome barriers related to their disabilities in the workplace.

This story received a mention at the Wine Communicators of Australia Awards night in 2023. I wrote this entry during my pregnancy, which inspired me to explore how expectant wine professionals are balancing motherhood with their careers in the wine industry.
